About us
Local IT & cybersecurity, based in Beverly, Ohio.
A managed services provider built around picking up the phone, doing what we said we’d do, and keeping the security pieces honest.
Who we are
Cyberal Solutions is a managed IT and cybersecurity company in Beverly, OH. We’re the IT department for businesses, churches, and non-profits across Marietta, Washington County, and the West Virginia side of the river — the ones that need their stuff to work and don’t want to call a 1-800 number to make that happen.
We do flat per-device monthly pricing, we bundle security into the plan instead of treating it as an upsell, and when something breaks we’d rather you call us than wait for the auto-ticket to escalate.
Our mission
Helping the community navigate cyberspace.
That’s the short version. The longer version is showing up, doing what we said we’d do, and making sure the people who trust us with their networks can sleep at night. The businesses, churches, and non-profits in southeast Ohio call us because their IT needs to work, and they don’t have time to chase a 1-800 number to make that happen.
What we believe
Pick up the phone
The person who answers is the person fixing it. No tier-1 queue, no script.
Security is the floor, not the ceiling
MFA, patching, endpoint protection, and tested backups are part of the plan. They’re not a line item we sell you after something goes wrong.
One number, every month
Flat per-device pricing. You know what you’re paying. We know what we’re responsible for.
Local actually matters
We live here. When you need someone on site, we drive over. When you don’t, we’re a phone call away.
