Free 30-Minute Review
Not sure where your IT stands? Let’s take a look together.
A free 30-minute call (or in-person visit, if you’re close to Beverly). We’ll look at your security, backups, and Microsoft 365 setup, and tell you what we’d fix first. No pitch, no commitment.
What the review actually looks like
Most IT pitches start with a sales deck. This one doesn’t. We spend the time on your stuff, not ours.
1. A short conversation
Tell us how your team works, what’s been bugging you, and where you feel exposed. Five to ten minutes.
2. A real look
We walk through the basics with you: identity and MFA, backups, Microsoft 365 settings, and what’s sitting on your network.
3. A short list
You leave with three or four things we’d fix first, in plain language. You can do them yourself, or hire us. Either is fine.
Who this is for
- Small businesses in southeast Ohio that don’t have a full-time IT person.
- Churches and ministries running on a mix of donated gear, volunteer help, and hope.
- Non-profits that need to take security seriously without a Fortune-500 budget.
- Office managers who keep getting handed IT problems that aren’t in their job description.
If your tech mostly works but you can’t shake the feeling that something is one click away from going sideways, this is the call to book.
What you’ll get out of it
- A clear sense of where your biggest risks actually are, in order.
- Two or three things you can fix this week without hiring anyone.
- An honest read on whether you need help, and how much it would cost if you do.
- Zero pressure. We’re a small local shop, not a call center.

A few honest questions
Is this really free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no charge. We do this because most of the time the conversation tells us whether we’re a fit, and it tells you whether you actually need outside help. Sometimes the answer is “you’re fine, here’s what to watch for.” That’s a good outcome too.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Just be ready to talk through how your team uses email, files, and any systems you depend on. If you have admin access to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, that helps, but isn’t required.
Will you try to sell me a long contract?
No. We work with clients on month-to-month support and on one-off projects. If a long-term agreement makes sense for you, we’ll talk about it. If not, we won’t.
Can you come on-site?
If you’re in or near Washington County, Ohio, yes. Otherwise we do the review over a video call and screen share, which works better than people expect.
