Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it — in plain English.
The short version
We run an IT company in Beverly, Ohio. We are not in the business of collecting or selling your personal information, and we never will be. When you get in touch with us, we use what you send us to reply to you and help you with your IT — and that’s about it.
This page explains the details below so there are no surprises.
Information you send us directly
When you use our contact or free-review forms, we ask for your name, your email address, and the message you’d like us to read. If you tell us the name of your organization or how many devices you run, that goes along with your message so we can answer well.
We use that information for exactly one thing: to get back to you about what you asked. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Cyberal Solutions except as described below.
Form delivery
Our contact and review forms are delivered to us through a processing service (Mailgun). Your message is passed to that service so it can reach our inbox, and it is then handled like any email we receive.
Your email, calls, and texts
If you email, call, or text us, we keep our side of that conversation the same way any small business does — so we can remember what we discussed and help you going forward. We don’t sell those records and we don’t use them for anything other than serving you.
Automatic information (website analytics)
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand broadly how people find and use our site — which pages are read, how many people visit, and roughly where visitors come from. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use this only to make the site more useful, never to track you across the web for advertising.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of standard cookies for basic functions and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work for everything that matters. We use no third-party advertising cookies.
When you interact with us on social media
We post to Facebook and Instagram so people can follow what we’re up to. If you like, comment, follow, or message us there, that interaction happens on the platform itself, and that platform applies its own privacy rules to it. We see the same public interactions you see; we don’t download or store your profile information beyond what’s needed to reply to you.
About our posting tool
We use a small internal tool to schedule our own posts to our own business pages. It does not request, see, or store any information about the people who interact with our posts. It only has permission to publish content to the pages we own.
Who we share information with
We keep your information to ourselves. The only exceptions are the service providers it takes to run a modern business: the form-delivery service mentioned above, our website hosting, and our email provider. Each of those sees only what it needs to do its job, and we use reputable providers that do not sell data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Period.
How long we keep things
We keep business correspondence as long as it’s useful for serving you and for our own records, and we remove or archive it when it no longer serves that purpose. Website analytics are kept for the standard retention period of the analytics service.
Security
Protecting information is literally our job, and we take it seriously. We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the small amount of personal data we hold, and we keep our own systems patched and monitored so that standard stays honest.
Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us at info@cyberalsolutions.com or call (740) 315-8211. We’ll respond promptly, and we won’t hold it against you.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything here, we’ll update the date below. We won’t quietly start doing something new with your information — any meaningful change gets called out on this page.
