Computer Repair & Tune-Ups
Computer & Laptop Repair in Marietta, Ohio
Drop it off in Beverly. We’ll look it over, call you before we charge you a dime, and have most machines back in your hands the next day.
What we fix
If it’s a computer problem, it’s worth a look. Here’s what comes through the door most often.
Viruses & malware
Pop-ups you can’t close, a browser that isn’t really yours anymore, a machine that turned slow overnight. We clean it out and close the door behind us.
Tune-up & cleanup
The full going-over: updates applied, junk cleared, startup trimmed, everything checked. Often the whole difference between “slow” and “that’s fine again.”
Failed parts
Drives, memory, keyboards, batteries, power supplies. We replace what failed and move your files across — and tell you straight when a machine isn’t worth putting money into.
Files, photos & transfers
Everything moved to a new machine, files pulled off a drive that won’t boot, the photo library rescued off a laptop before it goes in the bin.
New computer setup
New PC or Mac set up and working the way you expect on day one — printer, Wi-Fi, email, and browsers included.
Printers & Wi-Fi
Printers that will not connect, Wi-Fi that dies in the back room, a router nobody has touched since it was installed. We sort it out and leave it documented.
How drop-off works
Four steps, no mystery, no machine that disappears for a week.
1. Call and drop it off
Give us a ring and we’ll set a time. Bring the machine — and the charger, since we’ll need it.
2. We look it over
We diagnose it and call you with what’s wrong and what it costs. Nothing happens to your machine until you say go.
3. We do the work
Most jobs are finished within a day. If yours turns into something bigger, we call before we keep going — never after.
4. Pick it up
We let you know when it’s ready and walk you through what we did, in plain English.
What it costs
Published right here on the page. No local competitor publishes their rates, and we’re not going to make you phone up to find out ours.

Troubleshooting, parts replacement, software problems. Billed in 15-minute increments, and quoted before we start.

New computer setup, printer and Wi-Fi setup, data transfer. We quote the specific job up front, in plain numbers.
On-site
Travel

Remote work costs nothing extra. On-site visits past 15 miles from Beverly carry a flat trip charge, quoted with the job.

Frequently asked questions
How much does computer repair cost?
A tune-up and cleanup is $45 flat — drop-off, done within a day. Anything past that is $75 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments. You’ll hear the price before we start working.
How long will my computer be gone?
Most tune-ups are done within a day. Drop it off, pick it up the next. Bigger jobs get a real estimate once we’ve looked at the machine.
Do you make house calls?
Sometimes. In-home work is $75 an hour, and there’s a $35 flat trip charge past 15 miles from Beverly. The $45 tune-up is drop-off only — travel is what makes that price work, and we’d rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Can you get my files back?
Often, yes — photos and documents off a drive that won’t boot are the usual rescue. If a job needs a clean-room recovery lab, we’ll tell you instead of charging you to find out.
Do you work on Macs?
Yep. Windows and macOS, desktops and laptops, including the all-in-ones.
Do you do component-level board repair?
Nope. Micro-soldering on a motherboard isn’t work we take on, so we’ll tell you when a machine is past saving and point you to someone who can try — rather than take your money for a guess.
Not sure if it’s worth fixing?
Tell us the make, the model, and what it’s doing. We’ll give you a straight answer — including when the answer is “that one’s done.”
